Note:- Total guest that we can accommodate is 12. Rates quoted are for up to 8.guests. Additional guest fee over 8 is $30/guest/night.

A 14% Manhattan Beach Transient Occupancy Tax  and a departure cleaning fee will be applied to the rental.  Additional cleaning fees will be added to stays over 7  nights. A $1500 Reservation Deposit is due Within 7 Days with an Agreement . The remaining Balance is Due 60 Days in Advance. Minimum stay is 7 nts, Cancellation fee is $100. Stays of 28 days of more earn a 35% discount off the total rent.   Last minute bookings of 28 days berfore tje arrival date earn a 15% discount.
